Gluai Bohat Chi
Serves 2-4 Cooks in 5 minutes Difficulty EASY
Ingredients
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 6 bananas
- 1 tbsp palm sugar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method
- Heat all the ingredients in a saucepan until all the sugar has dissolved and the coconut milk starts to boil.
To Serve
Serve in bowls.
