
Yam Ma Muang Gai Yang
Serves 2 Cooks in 20 minutes (+ 90 mins marinating) Difficulty EASY
Ingredients
Marinade
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock
- 1 tbsp carnation milk
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Mango Salad
- 1 mango, chopped into small chunks
- 2 chilli, deseeded and sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 1 small stick celery with leaves, sliced
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 1 sweet chilli, sliced
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp water
Method
- Mix the marinade ingredients, add the chicken and leave in the fridge for 90 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan or wok, melt the butter and fry the chicken, both sides until a nice dark golden colour. Remove from the heat and slice.
- Add all of the mango salad ingredients to a bowl and mix well together.
To Serve
Serve the mango salad on a plate with the grilled chicken on the side.
