Pad Krapow Muu
Serves 2 Cooks in 15 minutes Difficulty EASY
- 200g minced pork
- 25g Thai basil (krapow)
- 5 cloves garlic
- 5 hot chillies
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Splash of dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp pork stock
- 1-2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 egg
- 25ml water
- Smash garlic and chillies and fry in the oil.
- Add the pork and stir around the wok until cooked.
- Add the sauces and stock, stir around until the meat is evenly coated.
- Right at the end add the basil, turn off the heat and give a quick stir.
Serve with a fried egg and steamed rice.
