Nam Bplah Hed
Storage 2 months Cooks in 30 minutes Difficulty EASY
- 700 ml water
- 4-5 dried shitake mushrooms
- 3 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Slice the dried shitake mushrooms.
- Heat the water in a sauce pan, add all the ingredients and simmer on medium heat until reduced by half.
- Strain and allow to cool.
Store in the fridge for up to two months.
Vegan Fish Sauce replaces Fish Sauce which is a core ingredient in most Thai dishes.
